I want to share and promote other people, but sometimes they make it harder than it needs to be.

Writers want to be read, and the biggest challenge is finding a readership. Thanks for your detailed explanation on why certain things are considered best practice for blogging. #9 frustrates me when I’m using Buffer to share blog posts and have to scan through the whole post to locate the author’s name. I stopped using a reader then, but then picked up Feedly when I realised how easy it was to flick through posts on my phone (even on my clunky Samsung. It's even better on the iPhone).

It does remind me of the importance of a compelling title, and a relevant image, as those are the posts which stop me scrolling long enough to read.Iolahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17199141868703826943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-515660504291275491.post-2293839778163988732017-12-06T10:30:46.864+11:002017-12-06T10:30:46.864+11:00Thanks, Iola. Thank you for remaining me that we should consider this when we structure our posts.Ian Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00192687613923596829noreply@blogger.com
