Narelle here. Welcome to our ACW Tuesday Book Chat where we encourage book lovers to answer our bookish question of the week. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Let's chat. Do you read more than one book at a time?

  1. If it is a fiction book then I will devour only one at a time, but for non-fiction, I have at least a dozen stashed in different locations ready to pick up and keep reading. I can never have enough bookmarks to help me find the place I am at.

    1. Hi Christine, I like reading non-fiction on my Kindle because it tags the page I’m up to plus I can highlight and take notes. I tend to stop and start non-fiction, with many of the books unfinished.

  2. Yes ... but I tend to only read one novel at a time. Like Christine, it's the non-fiction that I dip into. And the Bible, of course!

    1. Hi Iola, That sounds like me as well. Unfinished non-fiction, plus I’ll often read the chapters or sections in non-sequential order.

  3. I only read one fiction book at a time, but I usually have several non-fiction on the go at once.
